I work as a leadership coach for the Centre for School Leadership in Ireland, as an Associate Coach with Career Decisions which is an award winning company. I coach principals and their leadership teams. I work with individuals preparing for competency-based interviews in any field of work on Zoom and in person. I also work as an education consultant. Leadership Coaching
I work as a Coach for the Centre for School leadership in Ireland, providing my services to Primary and Post-Primary leaders. Team Coaching is also available. In addition, I work independently for Principals and other leaders who prefer to approach me directly.
Interview Preparation
I work mainly – though not exclusively – with clients in Education. I provide a service for anyone who wants to maximise their potential in a competency-based interview for a position at any level of leadership from middle to senior management, up to and including that of CEO.
Curriculum Development
I was National Coordinator for Transition Year and also worked for five years as an Education Officer with the National Council for Curriculum and Assessment in Ireland (NCCA).
Working with large organisations
I work with schools, Universities and other organisations on a wide range of subject matter including areas such as curriculum development, opportunities for children and young people’s voice and participation in decision making and I facilitate focus group consultations.
